Mr. Rousseau brings 37 years of senior management experience in personnel leadership, fire service administration, fire and life safety, standards enforcement, and executive policy development. His expertise, honed at the Department of National Defence, has been instrumental in strengthening fire and emergency services, enhancing public safety policies, and ensuring compliance with municipal, provincial and federal regulations.

In this new assignment, Mr. Rousseau will manage the Fire Services in Casselman, while serving as Fire Chief for Clarence-Rockland and the Nation.
