Weather event (snow, possible freezing rain and rain) declared starting Friday, March 28th at 8:00pm

The Municipality of Casselman has declared a weather event.  This means that beginning at 8:00pm on February 28th, 2025:

An on-street parking ban is in effect.  Vehicles should not be parked on any city street at any time for the duration of the event, which is in effect 24 hours a day until the event has ended.  This allows snowplows to clear efficiently and safely.  Overnight parking is prohibited, vehicles left on the road may ticketed and/or towed.

Sidewalks should be cleared within 24 hours following the end of snowfall.  Snow is not to be shoveled onto the road.

Municipality snowplows will be out clearing roads.  They do so based on provincial guidelines.
