Snow Event Declared Starting Monday, December 23 at 11:59pm

The Municipality of Casselman has declared a Snow Event.  This means that beginning at 11:59pm:

An on-street parking ban is in effect.  Vehicles should not be parked on any city street at any time for the duration of the snow event, which is in effect for 24 hours from the start time.  This allows snowplows to clear efficiently and safely.  Overnight parking is prohibited, vehicles left on the road may be ticketed and/or towed.

Sidewalks should be cleared within 24 hours following the end of snowfall.  The snow is not to be shoveled onto the road.

Municipality snowplows are out clearing roads.  They do so based on provincial guidelines.
