Documents relating to Board meetings are posted on the agenda. A record of decisions taken at Board meetings is kept in the form of minutes by the Registry office. These minutes are presented at the next meeting, where they are reviewed, amended if necessary, and approved. Delegation request and petition submission

Persons wishing to address the Board for the purpose of making a verbal presentation or submitting a petition concerning matters within the Board's mandate may be heard at the Board meeting. Requests for delegations are limited to a maximum of 10 minutes and must be submitted in writing to the Clerk's Office by 12 noon on the Tuesday preceding the Council meeting. If this request is received after the deadline or if the agenda is too voluminous, the request will be postponed to a later meeting.
